Gonna publish my food diary so that I am accountable for what I’ve had!

Day 1:

Red Bull
Kroger Cereal Bar
Quaker Oatmeal Raisin Chewy Granola Bar

Big Boy Hamburger
French Fries
Salad w Ranch Dressing

Pasta w Tomatoes, Feta and
English Muffin Garlic Bread
Tomatoes w Melted Cheese

Overall, not terrible, not great. Once I start putting my calories into Lose It! I’ll start posting them w my food.

Insanity Day 1

Just did Insanity, day 1 again! Plyometric Cardio Circuit. This time, I’m gonna do it right and not hurt myself!!! I forgot how crazy it is… It’s very very intense! But, today I’m at 232 lbs. My goal weight is 210. I’ll get there, just gotta stick with it!
